Erin opened the door and stepped inside the apartment. The hall was empty and she didn't hear anything. James should be here. He didn't have a key to get back inside and no money to get around anyways. "hello. Jill, I'm home." That phase, so close to the husband's line in classic TV, sent a tingle through Erin's body. She enjoyed it without thinking about it. She walked down the hall a few steps and froze. Her bedroom door was open. She wasn't a very private person by nature. It wouldn't have bothered her if "Jill" had gone through her closet and borrowed some clothes, but in the top drawer of her dresser was the medallion. she was paranoid about it. Part of her was tempted to carry it with her, but that was too dangerous also. Something could happen while she was out, an accidental transformation or just a pickpocket or something equally stupid and the fun would be over.
She pushed the door open and her paranoia eased a little, things looked the same. Well it wasn't like she knew exactly where each item had been, but nothing seemed out of place. She gave a glance over her shoulder and stepped quietly into the room. It was a mistake, she knew that if James saw her creeping around like this it would make him more suspicious than just calmly walking in would have, but she could quite help herself. She pushed the door closed and crossed to the dresser. She took a calming breath and then jerked the drawer open. Right on top in front of God and was the medallion. God she had been careless when she hid it she thought, but it was still in the same bag in the same place so it looked like she had gotten away with it. She slide the drawer shut and turned around to leave the room. It was dark in the room and she wasn't paying close attention anymore. She didn't notice the old iPhone with the crack screen propped against the wall. It was unlikely she would have figured out its significance if she had though, she was not "technically inclined". James on the other hand was. She had found the phone in a drawer in the kitchen and using the mini Tablet she had been using to browse the internet had rigged up an improvised surveillance system using the phone's camera. Its angle was not perfect, but it had captured Erin come in and look at the medallion before leaving. James had been afraid that Erin would move it, but she hadn't.

James tapped the screen switching the Netflix app live and resumed the video she had been watching. It was excuse for the tablet and the headphones. It also had the advantage of giving her an excuse for not greeting Erin when she got home.

Erin walked into the living room and saw James sitting on the couch he had headphone on and was watching a movie on her tablet. That gave her pause. She had been nervous about leaving James a connection to the outside world, but it wasn't much and it should minimize the risk that he got so bored that he wondered off. Erin walked up behind James, he was sitting sideways on the couch with his legs propped up as impromptu surface for the tablet. His back rested against the arm. She tapped him on the shoulder. He started jumping up knocking the tablet askew. It flew off, or started to. The headphone cord snapped taught as James' head and the tablet went in opposite directions. The inertia of the Tablet wasn't enough to pull the cord out so, the tablet reversed and tumbled back onto the couch. James sat back down. Erin's eyes snapped to James' chest as his movement caused his wondrous breasts to bounce. She was slowly getting used to being attracted to women as well as men. It was odd, but she had always thought of herself as open minded and it just gave her options.

James clutched his chest theatrically and said, "are you trying to give me a heart attack?" his tone was stern, but he couldn't stop himself from smiling as he spoke and when he finished he broke into a giggling fit. He reached out and mock slapped Erin on the hip. He pulled the headphones out of his ears and set the tablet on the floor, screen side down. James slipped his feet out onto the floor and stood up. Once again Erin was stuck by how attractive James was. She had been on fire all day thinking about the changes the medallion had caused last night.
The dress he was wearing was loose, but as he stood gravity pulled it against his body. His breasts were clearly outlined as well as his plump butt. She could picture his waist in her mind.

James for her part was a little disconcerted as she stood up. Erin's gaze was riveted to her chest. James didn't think she was aware of it, but it was clear that James' body was quickly becoming an obsession of Erin's. James was more than a little irritated by that slake jawed regard. She didn't have a lot of experience dealing with men sexually and she was suddenly certain in an oddly intuitive sort of way that she was a man, at least mentally. James realized that she had never fully explained to Tom how the medallion worked. She had told him about touching the medallion to clothes, but that was all. She hadn't told him anything else. She thought back to the note she had found with the medallion: 12 hours, clothing, exchange, there was something else that she hadn't considered at the time. The longer the connection the more powerful the effect she had not given that line a great deal of thought at the time, but she realized at least part of what it meant. Parts of the transformation were controllable. Erin had clearly been masculinized. She had clearly been playing with the medallion on her own. Was it deliberate. She wondered Or is she already losing control, changing into someone new? there was a power to that thought and she wondered if that was the appeal?

"So, I have had a terrible day." Erin said rolling her eyes. "I need to go out. So what do you say to another Lady's night?"

Despite its phrasing, James didn't take it as a question. She was eager to get out herself. She had some ideas, they would all work better if Erin was tired and Drunk or hung-over. "Definitely," she said. "Let's get changed and go."
