She knew she had to talk to her friends about this, they'd have to know something! She realized it was almost time for cheerleading practice, so she began to run down the hall. She tripped over her shoelace which had become untied. She fell flat on her face, and all the kids that saw laughed.
"Harold, you moron!" called a familiar voice.
"Harold?" thought Sarah. "Why did she call me Harold?" She looked up and saw somebody familiar standing there, laughing at him. It was HERSELF, or at least the way she had looked when she came to school today, and the way she remembered looking her whole life. Just then Larry Wilson, a skinny nerd, came to help her up off the ground.
"Don't listen to her, Harold." said Larry. "She's a jerk."
The girl continued to laugh at her.
"Leave him alone, Sarah!" Larry said to the girl.
This confused Sarah even more. Then she realized that she had somehow become Harold Jones, the most pathetic nerd in the school. But how could this have happened? And who was this laughing at her that looked just like she used to? And why was she holding a stone?
