Jon was very interested. The money was good and he enjoyed spending time with the children. Still, he knew that he would have to ask his mother. "I'd like to, Mrs. Robertson. But first I need to check with my mother."
"That is a good idea. I do have a spare bedroom where you can sleep once the children have gone to bed until I get home." Mrs. Robertson added.
"I'll check with my mother and let you know by tomorrow afternoon."
"Thank you J.J. and let me pay you for watching the children this afternoon." Mrs. Robertson said, reaching into her purse.
"You don't need to pay me for today. I didn't do it for money, I did it as a good turn." J.J. then turned to the children and told them "good-bye".
