Karyn at first was confused, but then seemed to figure things out. The girl she saw was Jon, he had changed into a girl by some strange accident in Chemistry class and was slowly adjusting to her life as a woman. Karyn was overjoyed as she saw her best friend in a dress for the first time since she had become a girl and had to hug her for support.
"Joan, I am so happy for you. I am so happy that you are coming to grips with the changes in your life. You are so pretty, and I am glad you are starting to accept it" Karyn quickly began saying.
Jon's mind was reeling; he had wished that he would be recognized in whatever form he was, he did not realize that the rock would take such a liberty with the story for him being the girl he now was. Then again, he was a woman and had almost no clothes in his room to support it, so it really would not make any sense that he was always a girl, especially with the way he seemed to not know what was going on.
"Ok, I know this is a big step, but since you already are all dressed up, let's go to the mall and find you some other things to wear. You do not have to try things on if you do not want to, but I think that you will love what you see," Karyn said as she grabbed Joan's hand and pushed her out of the room. She asked Joan if she could use the stone to wish herself some new clothes and said she would meet her downstairs. Joan was so confused that she just handed the stone over and pointed to the catalogue saying she could use that for ideas. She told Karyn she had to use the bathroom and that she would be back in a few minutes.
Karyn took the rock and the catalogue to pick out something for herself to wear. She already had on a newly wished up bra, so she figured she just needed something to wear over it, so she decided to go with something like what Joan was wearing so she would make her more comfortable. She was quickly taken with the blue midst sweater dress and duster she saw on page 33.
She wished she was wearing that and with a flash she was in the same outfit. She held the rock and thought a bit about what else she needed to do.
