The planchette slowly began to move itself across the board, scratching across until it landed on each letter.
S-T-O-N-E, it spelled.
"What about this stone?"

"You don't mean..." Athena and Chad slowly looked at one another, it slowly dawning on them what this meant. "This is one of the Magic Wishing Stones? Ones that can grant any wish made on them almost unconditionally? one of those is here?"

Athena took a breath, starting to sweat as much from the growing presence of spirit as this new revelation. "Is this the real secret behind Miss Fine and her abilities? Has she been using the stone simply to shape the school to her will?"

"No? S-She..." Athena began to pant. "If she doesn't have it, what does she have to do with it?"

"W...Wh..." Athena began to shake. She had been possessed before, and she knew what she was getting into, but this was much more than she expected. The spirits threatened to overwhelm here, but she couldn't let this go. She needed to know, before this opportunity passed her by. "Where is the st-stone?"
The Planchette only had time to spell out a name before Athena fully lost control of herself and blacked out.
