back to school.

Jon grabbed a Chewy on his way out of his house and walked toward the bus stop down the block.
"Man, what am I gonna do, I gotta find the stone."
He got to the bus stop, phew, he made it, the bus hadn't even arrived yet, but probably wouldn't take to long, a minute or two at most. Jon took a seat on the bench. Exhaling audibly when he sat, he soon realised how wierd it felt to sit and have nothing between your legs. He quickly stood up.
"jeez, no way im doin that again."
A short while later a few kids from a lower grade showed up and sat on the now unoccupied bench. Jon saw Karyn walking down the sidewalk toward him, she gave him a quick wave. Jon answered back with his own nervous wave. 'aw man, should I tell Karyn? How can I explain this in a non-embarrasing way?'
"Hey Jon, whats up? did ya bring the stone?"
"Uh...no."
"Huh?!? how could you forget the stone!"
"I didn't forget it, I uh... thought it would be better if I left it home, so that It wouldn't get lost at school or something!"
"Jeez Jon your such a pussy, nothings gonna happen to it at school!"
Jon winced at that last comment, just then the school bus pulled up and squeaked to a stop.
"Jon lets get on."
They entered the bus and took thier usual seat at the back. Jon realized that he'd have to sit again, unless he wanted Karyn to suspect something was up (or rather something wasn't there at all). He sat very still next to Karyn, making sure nothing shifted around, so as to not cause any unwanted sensations.
halfway through the trip Jon noticed out of the corner of his eye that Karyn was staring at him.
"Uh, whats wrong Karyn?" His voice cracked when he said 'Karyn'.
"Your awfully quite, and you've been sitting as straight as a pole and twice as stiff, whats wrong?"
"uhhhh..."
'should I tell her?' Jon gulped.
