Everyone materialized back in the locker room.

Fortunately, Jon realized, his precautions had all worked.

Jon had wished that everyone return to the time and place where they had started. Everyone had started in a particular place in the locker room, and it wasn't right on top of each other. So Jon and Jeff were no longer having sex, nor were Joseph and Adam.

Jeff was also completely male again. Jon had wished that everyone change back, including to their original genitals. So it didn't matter that Jeff had wished the effects to be permanent. That wish couldn't reverse the original wish that they change back.

Even the pubic hair was back. Jon had wished everyone would return to their starting bodies--and their starting bodies had pubic hair. A wish for no pubic hair couldn't reverse that, either.

They still smelled of sex, but that was a lot easier to cover up, especially with showers not far away.

"What in the world just happened?" said Jeff.

"We were on an island, I think..." said Joseph.

"Forget about it," said Jon.

"Jon," said Adam, "did you and I really....?"

"Yes, we did!" said Jon. "I wish you guys wouldn't think the island trip was anything strange..."

Which meant there were no more wish problems except Jon's original one. Until Jon, thinking about how the other wishes didn't work, realized there may be one more.

One of the original wishes was for fully functional genitals.

Jon had later wished he couldn't get pregnant.

But does "fully functional genitals" mean "genitals that can be used to get pregnant"? If so, the wish about not getting pregnant might not work. It would reverse the first wish--and he can't do that.

Wait a minute--the original bodies wish. But does a pregnancy count as part of the body? It wouldn't even be implanted yet--maybe it didn't count.

Jon didn't know what to do, until he thought, "I wish...."
