"You will?" exclaimed Jeff. It was obvious from Jeff's expression that he hadn't expected this answer.
"Sure. If I went out with Joseph and Adam, why wouldn't I go out with you?" Jon replied smoothly. He was interested to see where this would lead.
"What about your girlfriend? You mentioned a girlfriend, didn't you?"
"If you like, I'll ask her to come along," Jon explained. "Or Joseph or Adam."
"Wait a minute. What kind of date is this?" Jeff suddenly asked.
"I dunno. It was your idea. Whatever you had in mind, I can probably arrange it," said Jon as he reached into his gym basket and fingered the stone.
"Uh, look, I've never met anyone like you: a guy with girls' parts between his legs. I can't imagine what it's like to be that way. I'd like to find out, that's all," Jeff explained.
For a moment Jon considered changing Jeff's genitals on the spot. Then he had another idea.

I wish you would tell me whether you can change a person for the duration of such a trip and then, when the trip ends, automatically return them to their starting form, Jon asked.

I wish you would store the following proposal, Jon thought. You would send the four of us to a safe, warm, tropical island for two hours. During that time Jeff, one of the four, would have the genitals of a girl, much as I have now. When we return, Jeff would revert to his current form, including his male genitals. In fact, everyone would return to their starting form, even if they're killed or injured. I wish you would tell me if that's possible.

OK, I wish you would execute that proposal, Jon thought, wisely grasping the stone in his fist. Then, just as the locker room vanished, Jon wondered if they should have put on some clothes.
