It took a bit of phoning to get everyone straightened out on where the date was. They ended up going to the movies.

One thing they didn't do was sit together. Jon and 'Yolanda' discreetly took a seat some distance away from Keith and Jeff, since they were supposed to be a couple and Jon and Yolanda were just there to make them look normal, which didn't matter in the darkness of the theater.

"Okay," whispered Jon to 'Yolanda'. "Karyn, I don't think crossdressing is for me. It feels strange wearing fake breasts and my body is still like a guy's aside from that one part. I don't look like a girl, I look like a guy in drag."

"I not understand," said Yolanda.

Jon rolled his eyes, not that it was visible. "I think we should change back. If we're going to be here on a date, let's not make it a fake date just to help someone else."

Yolanda considered it and said, "Well, I made sure I had a special word to end this... rutabaga!"

Instantly, Yolanda transformed to Karyn, and Jon whispered a wish on his stone, changing his clothes to normal. Then: "I wish that Keith and Jeff remember coming here with two female friends, who aren't here now, but don't remember them being anyone in particular."

"Jon, mind if I borrow that stone?" asked Karyn.

"What do you want to use it for?"

"Oh, nothing big."

Jon didn't want Karyn doing dangerous things, but decided to trust her and let her make her wish. She wished, "I wish that until tomorrow morning, me and Jon could hear Keith and Jeff whenever we want to." Then she handed the stone back.

"It really wasn't anything big," said Jon.

"Of course it wasn't. So shall we listen to them?"

"They're not going to be saying much, at least after all these ads stop and the movie starts."

"Well then it won't be hard to listen," said Karyn. "Come on."

Jon reluctantly agreed. So Jon and Karyn could hear Keith and Jeff talking about....
