"Chuck," the principal then addressed Mr. Burpie, "is there a Hygiene teacher available this period?"
"Just Miss Primrack," Burpie replied. "Do you want me to call her?"
"Yes, please do. And everyone, please take another shower, but not a magic one. We tried that when the shower first appeared and affected Jon here, and additional magic showers seemed to have no effect. They didn't restore him to his original condition, for example. Nevertheless, it's best not to tempt fate. Now shower up!"
"Let's go," Jeff suggested to Jon.
"Why? We're not sticky," Jon replied.
"C'mon, I'll scrub your back. It'll feel good," Jon urged.
"Oh, all right," Jon agreed, then the two of them squeezed under a showerhead next to the one where Joseph was scrubbing Alan's back.
