"So how you doin girl?" Nadine asks Tina.
"Oh uh, hey Nadine. I'm doing ok how about yourself?" she responds.
Nadine shrugs her shoulders. "I guess I'm doin good." she replies as she looks over her reflection in the mirror she carries in her purse, double checking to make sure her makeup looked perfect still.
Tina found this a bit odd as she never knew Nadine to be someone who was that interested in her looks but she shook it off since she knew that Nadine had a bit of vanity streak in her.
It wasn't much longer before the bus finally arrived at school and they got off. "I gotta go do somethin but I'll talk to you later girl." Nadine says as she breaks off from Tina and starts heading somewhere else.
