The girl might have been cute if she wasn't so badly photoshopped.
Emily's brother clearly thought that the girl wasn't endowed enough so her breasts were stretched almost to the size of her head. Her nipples were also obviously altered - big and bright red.
But what was most noticeable about the girl was the contrast between her tiny body and her hips. Her waist was contracted and her pelvis and thighs were enlarged so that the ratio was almost 1:3.
