"This is not funny", Jon complained. But it came out more like "thwis sisnet fwunny".
"Oh relax. Here's a small slice of pizza. Let me know if I need to cut it up for you."
"Werwy fwunny Emiwy. Chane me back!"
"Be a good little girl and after lunch we'll fix things", Karyn said in a sing-song voice used with young children.
As Karyn and Emily ate the rest of the pizza between them, they watched Jon struggle with the one slice. By the time they finished, Jon was coated in pizza from hair to shoes.
Karyn looked at Emily and sighed. "I'll clean up the kitchen, how about taking pizza-face upstairs for a hose down or something before we have pizza slime everywhere."
Taking Jon by the wrist to avoid as much pizza smear as possible, Emily guided Jon up to the bathtub.
"Hands over your head." Emily pulled the now ruined little dress off and used it like a rag to wipe some of the grosser pizza spots on Jon's hands and face. She then pulled off the little undershirt leaving Jon standing in the tub in panties, socks and shoes.
"OK, sit!", Emily said as she scooped Jon to a sitting position and removed the shoes and socks. "Now stand."
" NO ! FWIX ME NOW ! " Jon screeched like a tired little girl.
Frustrated and slimy, Emily snatched Jon to a standing position, pulled down the panties and swatted Jon's bottom. "Don't you do that again!", she said wagging her finger in Jon's face. "Now sit!" she said as she once more scooped Jon to a sitting position and removed the dropped drawers, leaving a stunned and naked Jon sitting in the tub staring up at Emily with tears in his eyes.
Turning to the faucet, Emily filled the tub with warm water. When it reached about 4 inches deep she shut it off and began washing Jon, starting with a shampoo.
As Emily dried and wrapped Jon in an oversize bath towel she apologized. "Sorry Jon, I guess I over reacted. Come on let's go see Aunt Karyn and see if she can find you something more appropriate."
