They didn't need to do anything at all.
Well, except a little push. Instead of wishing that Jon's parents think it's normal for Jon to be triplet models, they wished that everyone except themselves think that it's normal. And for the Jons to be Jon's original teenage age.
The next day all five of them woke up to the sound of the alarm clock. Another school day, and after the usual morning preparations--made strange when the Jon's helped each other put on their girls' clothing--they headed for school.
At school the only one anyone noticed as unusual was Emily, and that was just because she was a new student. Everyone knew Jon as triplets Joan, Jane, and Joanna. It was as if it had always been that way. They even had their own textbooks, notes, lockers, everything, though they had all chosen the same combination on their lockers.
But even a normal day for Jon as a girl would be strange for him, let alone a day as a girl with two sisters. The first strange event was when Joan looked at her schedule. And comparing with the other two, she saw that all of them had Home Economics as their first class of the day.
