The picture could work because the picture wish came before the pregnancy wish, so the picture wish takes precedence.
Or the picture could fail because the picture was used after the pregnancy wish, so the pregnancy wish takes precedence and the picture can't reverse it.
Unfortunately for Jon, the stone worked in the second way. When Karyn showed Jon a picture of himself in a tuxedo, he changed back to himself--except for the pregnancy, which couldn't be reversed. So now Jon was a man in a tuxedo, with a pregnant belly and female organs between the legs.
"Do something!" yelled Jon. "This is even weirder than before!"
"I wish," said Karyn, "that Jon was giving birth at a hospital, and that I was waiting with Emily in the waiting room."
Karyn blinked. She was in a waiting room with Emily, as she had wished, and she was just able to see Jon leaving the room. A nurse was helping him into the back.
At least the wish made people think everything was normal. Or did it? Did people really think the pregnancy itself was normal? Or did they just think it was normal that Karyn had the ability to use the trigger phrase? If so, they could very well be aware that Karyn made Jon pregnant and blame her for it all....
