It was still a little chilly outside, it was early morning but the sun was already up. Everybody would be able to take a good look at him. He loved his outfit and the way it made him feel but at the same time he was mortified.
"What if somebody sees me?"
"I'll be the laughing stock!" he thought.
All the way to Karyns house he was on edge, constantly flip-flopping between fear and pleasure. His head was bowed, so he could see his feet in the lovely shoes he was wearing. While he could have heard a needle fall across the street he didn't notice the sway in his hips as he walked. Somebody walking behind him would have never guessed a guy was walking down the street. After what he thought was an eternity he reached her house, thank goodness, nobody had seen him. With a shaking hand he rang the doorbell and stepped down the front stairs to hide his shoes.
"Please, let it be Karyn, please...." he pleaded.
To his surprise Karyn opened the door and without even taking a closer look at him, turned around and ran back into the house.
While he was standing there he heard her yelling "Go up to my room, I'll be right there!".
He climbed up the stairs and entered her room, feeling slightly better. Sitting down on her bed he failed to notice that his back was very straight while he swung one leg over the other and placed his hands in his lap. For some reason he thought it would be the right way to sit.
Karyn came in. "Sorry, small breakfast emergency. What's the mat....? Jon, what are you wearing?"
He got up from the bed. "Hi, that's why I'm here, I love wearing these clothes!"
"What the hell am I saying?" He added in his head.
"I never thought you were into girls stuff. What changed your mind? ... Did you make a stupid wish?" Karyn inquired.
"Yes." Was all he could muster.
"So, what did you wish for?"
"It was for the ...."
"I wished for this ..."
"Wishes are dangerous, so I wished that...."
"Crash Darn!! I can't say it!"
Defeated, he sat back down.
"How can I tell her to take the bracelet off if I can't talk about it?"
Karyn could see the despair in his eyes. "So, you made a stupid wish and you can't tell me about it, correct?"
"Yes".
"Do you have the rock with you?
"Yes".
"Then give it to me. I'll see what I can do." Karyn promised.
He handed her the rock. "Be careful".
"I wish I know what you have wished for this morning." she said.
Immediately she knew all about the bracelet, it's power and it's restrictions. She also knew about Jons intentions.
"My, my, you got yourself into a pinch here, why are you wearing the bracelet, didn't you want to give it to me?" she asked.
"I love wearing the bracelet" he said, thinking "No, what the hell? Get this thing off me!"
"It was an accident." he got out. "Please, help me, if you don't, I'll wear a dress pretty soon!".
"Well, I guess that's what you had planned for me." she spat.
Her eyes narrowed.
"You wanted me to be stuck in dresses and heels? That's not OK!"
"Now, what should I do with you?" Karyn asked with anger rising up from her stomach.
"Karyn, please! Listen to me!" he pleaded.
