Optimizing the situation

Jon decided he wasn't going to let his mother mess up his life any more. She had turned him into a girl just for owning a porn collection! There was nothing he could do to reverse the changes until the time limit was up... but he could at least make the most of his current predicament.
That night, after his mother had gone to sleep, Jon sneaked into his mother's room and stole the stone. In a whisper, he made a few wishes.
"First, I wish that my mother was incapable of using the stone without my explicit permission."
Good, he thought to himself. That way, he wouldn't be the victim of any more careless wishes against himself.
"Second," he whispered, "I wish that as long as I am a girl, I was an open lesbian, and that other girls are attracted to me."
The stone glowed. Jon closed his eyes and pictured a nude girl, and felt himself becoming aroused. He pictured a nude man, and felt... not the same disgust he would have as a guy, but more of a general disinterest, like looking at a picture of a dog or a horse; the image wasn't repulsive so much as sexually unappetizing.
"Oh yeah, and third, I wish I had a safe place to store the rock where nobody would think to look." The stone glowed, and Jon suddenly had a weird idea.
"No way... that would be just... too weird. But nobody would ever look there, so I guess..."
Jon pulled down his skirt and panties, and sat on his bed. "Here goes nothing," he said, spreading his legs and stuffing the stone up his vagina. It felt strange going in, but once inside it fit snugly and comfortably. His problems taken care of, he slipped under the covers and went to sleep...
