"I wish I were the kind of girl Brad would want to date" Karyn said aloud, adding in a whisper noone else could hear "and I wish that Jon and everyone else would just accept that."
With her wish completed Karyn underwent a transformation, finishing up in much the same form she'd held before Jon's thoughtless "I wish you were my girl" wish. Now, however, her entire reality had changed, taking care of her wardrobe problems. However, and probably not to her intent, her mental outlook had changed as well.
Now, Karyn was rather superficial, caring more about her appearance and how others, especially the boys, thought about her looks than she did about school or anything else. And such a girl was not one to hang out with Jon.
"What am I doing her with you" she exclaimed. "If Brad sees me here he'll never go out with me!"
With that she dropped the stone and hurridly sauntered away. As for Jon, as he picke dup the stone he wondered why he'd ever bother hanging out with Karyn. She was beautiful, but was really just a bimbo who cared only about dating the popular boys. Putting her out of his mind, he tried to figure out what to do with the stone.
