"Jon, you're back to normal!" Karyn yelled with happiness, running into the room. But then she frowned and looked worried. "Where's the stone?"
"I ... I think I accidentally wished it away," he answered.
"You what?"
"It's not as bad as it sounds. Look, Chad's back to normal," he said, pointing at his friend, who was already back to using his bong. "And Stone Julie doesn't exist anymore."
"And Julie? What about her?"
"I don't know. I ... I think she might be dead."
"I think this is worse than it sounds," Karyn said. "I don't even think I want to go back to class."
"Hey, wait a minute. I thought class was canceled today."
Karyn looked confused.
"Because of the teachers work day?"
"Jon, I don't know what you're talking about. They only have those days on Fridays, not Tuesdays. Remember?"
He thought for a moment. She was right. Why did he think otherwise? He shook his head, feeling a bit foolish about the whole thing, then turned his attention back to the stone. "I made a wish to not have the responsibility of using the stone's power. So that means that someone else has the stone, right?"
"Or someone else has the stone's power," Karyn said. "There could be another Stone Julie roaming around for all we know."
"Well, what can we do about it?" Jon asked.
