Introducing Chad

My alarm went off at 6:50 am, blaring the god forsaken blare of an alarm clock. Upon awaking to the dark room, thoughts of the rock began returning to my mind. I actually thought for a moment that it all had to of been a dream, it was so crazy. I slowly got out of my unusually comfortable bed and started my morning ritual, when I realized that it was a teacher work day, and school was cancelled. How such a great thing slipped my mind is a mystery to me. I couldn't sleep though, after thoughts of the rock invaded my mind. What would I do? Who would I tell? Hell, I even thought about getting the rock out now and messing around. No one was around, I could spend all the time I wanted testing it out. But I was pretty sure that I would screw something up, so I resisted. I needed to find someone wise to help me out. Someone that would provide a perspective on the situation that I couldn't.
I didn't fall back asleep, the rock held me awake. During this time I decided that I would go to my friend Chads house and discuss it with him. After all, Karyn liked to sleep in until around 3:30, and it was 11 o'clock now. I had plenty of time to figure out what to do. Let me discribe Chad for you, the wisest man I know. Chad is my age, but he happens to be the biggest pot head I know. How he smokes the amount of marijuana he does and still achieves his extreme intelligence evades me.
After Chad said it was cool for me to come over on the phone, I ran upstairs, slipped the rock in my pocket and headed out. Chad's apartment was about a 15 minutes walk, but it was a nice secluded walk on a bike path. Thoughts about what would unfold today made me aprehensive, but also very excited. When I arrived at Chad's apartment, his girlfriend, Julie, opened the door and let me in. She was attractive, but in strange sort of way. She was wearing some cargo pants and an all white tank-top. She had blonde hair with pink highlights, with bright blue eyes. Chad was sitting on the couch, taking a bong hit when I walked in.
"Hey, man, whats up?" He said after exhaling an incredible amount of smoke.
"Not much." I replied.
"So, you had something that you wanted to discuss with me? I'm not selling you herb, you aren't the type of person who could benefit from it." With that, he started packing up another giant bong hit.
"No, no, thats not it." I pulled the rock from my pocket. "I know this sounds stupid, but hear me out. This rock can grant wishes. It can't counter act another wish, so wishes are permenant." Trying to act a little cool, I started tossing the rock in my hands. "I have no clue what to wish for, and I thought I could discuss it with you."
Chad exhaled another huge mass of smoke and looked at me. Julie raised her eyebrow at me in interest.
