Jon was getting bored out of his mind. For the past hour and a half Karyn just layed there sunbathing. The only thing he could do was to stare at the blue sky above him. That is until he heard a voice...
"Hey, Karyn right?"
Karyn opened her eyes, looking up to see the captain of the school's football team, Biff Rodgers, standing over her, "Yeah?"
"I didn't expect seeing you here. I've never seen you at the beach."
"He means he never noticed you here. Now your new boobs finally managed to catch his attention!" Jon said to Karyn internally.
"Yeah, I know! What a superficial jerk!" Karyn responded to Jon.
"Eghm... Yeah... I don't come here very often." Karyn said out loud.
"Look, me and some other people from school are hanging out a little further down the beach. Why don't you join us?" Jon saw as Biff crouched getting closer to Karyn than his impressive 6 feet 6 inches.
"Well... I don't think I can... I have to go soon..." Karyn was trying to make her excuses.
Jon didn't know what to think of the situation. He disliked Biff probably as much as Karyn. On the other hand, something interesting finally happened. Or had the potential of happening. It was either going with Biff or spending another few hours here doing nothing.
"Jon! Help me out! How do I get rid of him?" Karyn communicated.
"Well, actually... Why don't you go with him. You don't have to stay there. you know, I'm getting really bored here" Jon said.
"Jon, really?! No way I'm going with this jackass."
"Come on Karyn! You can always leave if you don't like it!" Jon persisted.
"So how is it going to be babe?" Biff run his hand through his hair. "Just come with me and chill with some cool people."
"Babe? No way!"
"Oh my god..." Jon thought. "There goes my only chance of being saved from this boring hell. Gee, I just wish Karyn did whatever Biff says. Oops!"
Jon just realized what he wished when, to Biff's content, Karyn seemed to suddenly change her mind.
