It was true Jon could see through Sarah's clothes, but so could everyone else. It caught the attention of Sarah, who walked over to her. She tried to fight it the best should could, but somehow something forced her to apologize.
"Look, Karyn, I'm sorry for what I said earlier about your breasts." She then snidly added, "I guess we all can see the truth now."
Karyn had totally forgotten that she had made the wish to make Sarah apologize. Her breasts began to shrink to being completely flat (as Sarah's grew) and eventually they inverted into her chest causing her to convulce on the floor. Jon, now no longer needed for support, turned back into his old self.
"Damn," thought Jon. He knew what happened, when Sarah apologized, she got her breasts back, but Karyn's breasts were smaller now then Sarah's. So all those size reductions led to, er, negative breasts...which must have screwed up her internal organs. Jon made a wish...
