Karyn walked up the Gibsons drive way and knocked on the door. It was opened by Mrs. Gibson who indicated Jon was upstairs in bed but he should be awake and invited Karyn in. Karyn proceeded upstairs and burst into Jon's room. "Hey, Jon-boy! You- Abruptly stopping speaking Jon was back and immediately thought 'What? Where am I? How did I get home?'
"Oh hey Jon, I was sick today and couldn't make it to school. How was the wedding?" Karyn said with a smirk.
"Karyn what happened. I heard mom and next thing I know I'm in here with you, did you make another wish."
"What are you talking about Jon, you heard my mom? she should still be at work." replied Karyn.
"No...EHH...this makes no sense I need to go to that wedding right, she was picking me up and now I'm here." uttered Jon.
"Jon, Its Monday. You left with mom at lunchtime on Friday, are you saying you have no recollection of anything that happened between now and then." Karyn stated "That's messed up. The wish never worked how it should have we need to find out why it didn't work."
"Its Monday?" said Jon " Yeah something is very wrong..I missed out on 3 days, On the bright side I didn't need to partake in the wedding but still feels weird" He reached for the place he normally stored the stone. It wasn't there....
Karyn noticed the movement and rifled in her pockets pulling out the stone sparing a quick glance outside the door to make sure no one was close she said aloud "I wish we knew why Jon doesn't remember anything that happened since Friday."
The wishing rock flashed and the wish was granted an explanation suddenly appeared in there heads simultaneously. .
When Karyn's mom picked up her daughter the person that left with her was Karyn Black as she always had been with the knowledge of Karyn prior to the life swap taking place and only that knowledge, they then returned to the person they were on Friday morning upon meeting up after school.
Jon mentioned aloud "I guess that works for the wedding issue, thank god it brought me back though having a time limit on wishes is a real life saver, Literally 'saved' my life"
Karyn replied "We might as-well find out what happened, I wish..."
"Uh Karyn" John Interjected "Would you mind if I made this next wish, Please?"
