Vanessa Wallman. Karyn said, identifying the mocking girls to Joan telepathically. Daphne Callahan. Melanie Terhane. Tiffany Hall. Erin Phelps. They're all Sarah's sycophantic cohorts on the cheerleading squad, and everyone of them a cruel, cutting bitch! Let 'em have it!
"With pleasure," Joan laughed.
"Oh no, she is talking to her bra!" Tiffany sneered.
"She really is a freak!" Erin said with a flip of her hair. Melanie and Daphne just giggled.
"You know, you seem to toss that word around a lot - 'freak'." Joan said. "I don't think you know what it really means."
"Really?" Vanessa said sarcastically.
"Really." Joan replied. "In fact, since the circus is coming to town tomorrow, I wish you five were a just bunch of freaks."
There was a brief flash, and when Joan looked back, she laughed.
"Whrah - whrah - whrahdvyu dunnta ush?" Erin asked, barely able to speak through the long shaggy whiskers that covered her face. In fact, her entire body seemed to be covered in fur - it stuck out of her sleeves, her gym shorts and her sneakers!
"You can't do this to me - us!" Tiffany wailed. Her arms, legs and neck all seemed to be three times as long as before, and the seemed to bend every way except the way she wanted them to.
"Pleaseplease don'tdon't leaveleave usus likelike thisthis!!" exclaimed Daphne and Melanie simultaneously. The two blondes had looked very much alike. Now joined together at the torso, the new cojoined twins were almost mirror copies of each other, each mimicing the other's words and actions.
Vanessa merely sat there and wheezed at Joan. "You're, huuuh, you're g-gonna puhpuhpay, huuuuh, pay for this, huuh!" she gasped. Talking was almost too much work for her, and her new massive body, split out of the tiny gym clothes, quivered like heaping mounds of Jell-O at the exertion. Vanessa was now at least a foot and a half wider than she was tall, and Joan guessed she must weigh close to 700 pounds.
Great job, girlfriend! Karyn laughed approvingly.
"Thank you, thank you," Joan said with a smirk. "Now, I wish that for the next three months, you five will all be part of the circus's freak show - Vonda the Fat Woman, Ellie the Dog Girl, Teresa the Human Rubber Band, and Marcy and Darcy the Copycat Twins. I wish that while you're gone, no one, including school officials and your families, will think it's odd that you're missing, and one the three months are up, no one will realize you've even been gone. And I wish that you can't tell anyone else who you really are or what happened to you afer you're back - but that you can remember it perfectly!"
And with that, the five transformed girls faded from view.
I think we ought to go to the circus tomorrow! Karyn giggled.
"Me, too," said Joan. "So, where to next, then?"
