Since Karyn's "fix" was the easiest, they decided to do her first. There really wasn't much they could do about her stony condition. Jon had been right. Her wish was pretty straightforward. But still, there was something they could do.
Jon held the stone while Karyn stood waiting. "Here goes," he told her. "I wish that, even though she's made of stone, Karyn would look just like she did before she was transformed."
The rock went warm in his hand, and he turned away from his friend. When he looked back up, the cold gray color of stone had been replaced by Karyn's normal skintone. Even her hair was back to being the blonde that she had wished it to the day before. "Well, that seems to have worked," he said.
Karyn turned to look at herself in the mirror on her dresser. She smiled at what she saw. "Hello there, good looking," she said. She took the knuckles of one hand and rapped them on the back of the other, hearing the familiar sound of stone on stone. "Oh, well," she sighed. "I guess it's better than nothing."
"Best we could do, I'm afraid," he told her, handing her the stone. "I thought about wishing for your body to get softer, but wasn't willing to risk it. With our luck, you'd probably end up as a puddle on the floor."
"I know, Jon," she smiled at him. "I was there when we decided what to do. Remember? But enough of my problems. Let's see if we can do something about yours."
"Right," he said, taking her place in the middle of the room. "I'm ready."
She took a deep breath. "I wish that Jon and Sarah would trade places, with Jon returning to normal and Sarah becoming my bra." This time, it's was Karyn who was forced to look away. What she saw when she looked back up forced her to laugh.
Jon had be returned to his own body, but he was still wearing Sarah's clothes. He stood there fidgeting in her tight blue jeans. "Here," Karyn said, lifting the rock. "Let me give you a hand. I wish that Jon was wearing his own clothes."
Instantly, Jon was back in the clothes he had on when he'd accidentally turned himself into Karyn's bra. He smiled at his friend. "Thanks."
"Not a problem," she returned. "Now what?"
"A little test," he said. He eyed her chest. "Vagina." A giggle could be heard from Sarah inside Karyn's shirt. "Well, I guess that's that. I'm me again."
"Well," Sarah said, "that's all well and good for you. But what about me?"
Jon looked up at Karyn, who smiled back. "Actually," she said, "I've been giving that a lot of thought."
