"Jeez, you're probably right. Alright, I'll allow her to speak telepathically like you."
WAIT! I thought as loudly as I could.

Why don't you calm her down first? Wish that she saw the humor in this situation. I don't think we'd want her yelling in our heads.
"Alright, Sounds good. I wish that Sarah found this whole situation amusing, and will maintain a positive attitude towards me and Jon at all times."
