"Jon..." she said, looking at her son, standing before her with his enormous breasts. "I know..." she started.
"Mom, look, I can explain." Jon burst in.
"Explain?" she asked, a little confused.
"Karen and I were just passing by, and I thought It might be cool to do it... Its nothing permanent, Please don't be mad." He begged.

"Look." Jon said as he opened his mouth and removed the piercing. "It comes out... but please, let me keep it... please." he begged. Joan finally realized what Karen and Jon were hididng, they knew nothing of his new breasts, but they felt guilty about him getting his tounge pierced.
