Time to get dressed

After an eternity, the intensity seemed to begin to dull down and Jon thought that Karen must have switched the device off.
However, instead all that had happened was that Jon was beginning to lose consciousness.
Just on the edge of blacking out, Jon heard Karen's voice say, "Jon, STOP BURN MODE, SAVE AS PROGRAM ONE, PROTECT FOR EDIT..."
Some time later he heard, "... becomming more alert, three, wide awake now."
Jon's eyes once again fluttered open. He expected to be still bound helplessly to Karen's bed, but instead he found himself standing beside his car, on the passenger's side, in the mall carpark. His first thought was that he might still be mostly naked, but as he checked himself over, he discovered that whilst in the practical sense that might have been true, in the social sense, he was fully dressed.
Jon was now dressed in a very short skirt, made of some sort of stretchy material, a top that barely covered the bottom of his breasts, leaving his entire midrif bare, a pair of high heeled sandles completed his outerwear.
He had momentarily forgotten about Karen, until he heard her say, "Jon, PUBLIC MODE ON."
"Karen, what are we doing... Hey, I called you Karen?" Said a troubled Jon, remembering that not too long before, he could only refer to her as Mistress.
"That's right Jon, we are out in public now, so you will call me Karen and treat me like your very best friend in the world. Even though inside, you might want to rip my head off," explained Karen. "But we'll have to do something about your name, we can't call you Jon. I'll tell you what, I'll let you pick your girl name and if I like it that's what we'll use. Otherwise I'll make your name Pauline or Agnes or something very un-pretty.
So, what name will you pick?"
