What have you done?

"Yes Mistress, I understand my instructions Mistress," intoned Jon.
Karen Smiled and said in a clear voice, "Good, One, two, three..."
The troubled expression quickly faded on Jon's very feminine young face. HER long lashes fluttered a few times as she became aware of her location and circumstances.
Looking down the bed toward the highly amused Karen, Jon caught her first glimpse of her own uncovered breasts, swaying in counterpoint with her startled movements. "Mistress, what have you done to me?" purred Jon's very sexy new voice.
At first Jon wasn't sure if it was the voice, or the fact that HE (as he still thought of himself) had addressed Karen as Mistress for some unknown reason.
"Well Jon," began Karen, "I thought that since we have the rock, as well as the time, you should get a chance to eat your own words."
"What are you talking about Mistress?" Begged Jon.
"You remember our little chat earlier, and how you said that you would never want to be a girl, well, this is your opportunity to change your mind," explained Karen. "You see, you have become just like one of the characters in those stories I told you about. In your case, you have been magically transformed into the girl you were unfaithful to your wife with, by the way, I get to play your wife, and I have you tied up, hypnotized and completely pliable to my will."
"But Mistress, how will any of this possibly make me want to be a girl? All it is doing is making me upset at you Mistress," responded a very respectful Jon.
"Ah, that is where the fun part comes in. You see, you have a whole heap of post hypnotic commands installed in your pretty new head. All I have to do is utter a few words here or a phrase there and I can quite literally have you jumping through hoops. There is just one or two little things we need to do before I untie you and then we can go out for a while together to see some of your old friends, and the first is..."
