Jeanine said "I wish..." and then trailed off as he realized what was wrong. Having to end the wish somehow, he said "to have a ham sandwich." The sandwich materialized in front of him, and he knew it was safe to continue talking. "Ken," he said, "I just realized. This isn't your fault after all."
Ken was glad that Jeanine wasn't angry any more, but wasn't sure what Jeanine meant.
"From what I remember from sex ed, this isn't possible. You might have made me pregnant as a girl, but the rest is wrong... tell me, Ken, I gave you the skills of a maternity doctor, so you know all about this stuff. This shouldn't happen, should it?"
Ken thought. "Come to think of it," he said, "you're right. The embryo doesn't even implant until eight days. After 48 hours it's just a few cells floating around as a speck and it couldn't affect you yet. It doesn't look like anything, really. And there's no ultrasound in the world that can detect it at 48 hours. More like 8 weeks. Your baby's developing at around 30 times normal speed!"
"Now I need to become a girl again and we need to figure out what really happened..." said Jeanine.
"You want to become a girl? Ohh... that's right. I wished you'd think of yourself as a woman and I didn't say 48 hours. And you're still a redhead and I bet you're still sexy and bisexual."
"Of course I am" said the male Jeanine, and kissed Ken, who went "Ugh".
"Well, if you don't like that" said Jeanine, "that's why I'm changing back!"
"But," said Ken, "if there's something wrong with the stone, you could make things worse."
"True," said Jeanine. "But still. I wish I knew why my pregnancy's developing so fast. And I wish my male pregnancy problem would be fixed."
Of course, Jeanine wouldn't have minded if the stone fixed that by changing him back to a girl, but in fact, after that wish....
