Damn, I made this mess, I better at least protect him, err, her," Karyn muttered to herself. " I wish that Scarlet is successful on her recovery mission, and that she comes back in 5 days with Snake Eyes."
"Those are ambitious wishes Karyn," stated Vincent, "But I too hope they are all safe, not that what they are doing is actually happening."
"What do you mean, what they are doing is not actually happening?" asked a confused Karyn.
"Look, I will give you a break this time, even though Shana broke protocol and informed you that there was a rescue mission. Remember, we do not exist, we were disbanded back in 1995, and since then, our mission are off the public radar," replied Vincent in a matter of fact tone. "Lets go to the mall, and do what your sister asked, she should be back soon, and then you and Shana can get back to your little bonding trip. Besides, I really do not like keeping civilians in this place."
They left for the mall, Karyn was nervous the entire time, but tried to remain calm. She hoped that her wishes were worded properly to protect Jon, she figured that she would have to think this one through to fix everything when the wishes wore off.
