From what Jon could figure, it seemed that "Natasha's" mind and personality were split and reconfigured for his mom and sisters and that "Boris'" mind and personality were split and reconfigured for his dad and himself ... although maybe not his mind, for Jon. He still remembered things from before the wish and didn't seem to have any new memories. But he did feel a little different. He felt oddly aggressive towards "Natasha" and "Boris", more than just mad at them for causing him and his family pain in the previous reality. But his memories were keeping him from doing them any harm. Jon wasn't a violent person.
Maybe if he made a wish to change his family's personalities, or just their minds in general?
He looked over at the two tied down in their chairs. From what Jon could figure, they got the sum of his family's original minds and personalities. "Natasha" seemed to have a combination of minds and personalities from his mother and sisters. And "Boris" seemed to have a combination of Jon's mind and personality and his father's.
Jon paused. If Jon's mind was now part of "Boris", then did that mean that the man knew about the wishing stone? And now that he thought about it, did Jon even have the wishing stone anymore? If they had swapped places, maybe he didn't.
He reached into his pockets, trying to find it.
