Good Boy

Jack was humming and drumming on the steering wheel as he waited. At first he had thought he was in trouble for suggesting Sharon come back to the house with him and Lisa, but neither of them had blown up. today was a great day. The last six months had been strained between him and Lisa. It had gotten to the point where he knew the fight they were going to have even before it started. there was a routine to it, but it had grown increasingly bitter overtime. then last night something had changed; it was as though Lisa had forgotten to be angry at him and without that emotion to drive him, he had stopped being angry at her. truthfully he had never been that angry to begin with. it was automatic when she picked a fight with him, he just responded, but she was now and had always been the most interesting person he had ever met. he had more fun fighting with her than he did talking calmly with most people.
Jack was also feeling a little guilty about his suggestion of a threesome. he had been feeling so good this morning that he had forgotten himself. since then he had almost called it off, but there was still something between him and Lisa. the physical side of their relationship seemed to have righted itself, but there was still a distance. she seemed uncomfortable around him if they weren't fondling or fucking each other. maybe having Sharon as a buffer between them would help bridge that gap. maybe not. either way Jack couldn't bring himself to pull the plug. if either of the girls did, he would accept it graciously, but for himself he was just going to be quiet and polite and try not tip over the canoe. it truly was a great day.
jack went back to drumming on the steering wheel and looked out the windshield at the store front the girls had entered. they were clearly teasing him and it was working. there was something about staring at the Victoria's Secret sign. it was like the store was "in on the joke", but also sure he would like it. and he would, of that he was sure, there wasn't a piece of clothing that he could imagine that wouldn't look good on Sharon let alone Lisa. though he really wished they would hurry up. the suspense was killing him.
