Karyn Black woke up, excited to see what Jon looked like, as she was getting ready she had a thought, what if Jon used the stone to cure himself? What if Jon hated it? Karyn loved Jon, maybe not quite in the way Jon might hope for but she really cared about him,so she began to have doubts, speeding up she rushed out the door, hoping she got to Jon's house in time.
Fortunately Jon lived two doors down and she got there just as Linda, Jon's mom was pounding on the bathroom door, in a panic.
"What's wrong Mrs Gibson?" asked Karyn, hoping that Jon was not hurt.
" Oh Karyn, thank goodness you are here, I think you must have left some hairs behind or something and Jon imprinted on them, he has Sisters disease and he is changing into your twin sister, I don't think he took it well ,it sounds like he fainted. Maybe you can talk to him while I get the screw driver to get the door open with?"
Karyn readily agreed and as Linda headed to the garage for the tool box she went upstairs and snuck into Jon's room, grabbing the stone she made her first wish.
" I wish that Jon would want to let the disease take it's course because he believes it will make us closer and he looks on it as a fun way to do so."
Putting the stone back she went to the bath room door and knocked.
"Jon, it's Karyn, I'm sorry, won't you let me in?"
Jon began to come around, as he did so he began to think about it, if this was some weird disease that had been created by his dumb wish at least he was getting an opportunity to get closer to Karyn, he began to come around to the idea, unaware that his change of heart and willingness to just let the disease take it's course was wish induced. He brushed the long red hair out of his eyes and got to his feet, looking in the mirror revealed a pale skinned, green eyed version of himself , with smooth, blemish and hair free skin, and silky red hair now caressing his shoulders and the top of his back, his lips looked a little different as well and his eyelashes were longer, his eyebrows were more shaped and feminine looking. so, he was becoming Karyn's twin? Apparently Karyn's original red hair was part of that change , but did that mean he would get her current large breasts or her original smaller and more manageable pair? In any event the larger, pink nipples and areola indicated he would soon find out. He could hear Karyn at the door and he stumbled over to let her in.
As he opened the door and his eyes rested on what form would be his in the future both he and his soon to be twin sister both had surprised expressions, Karyn was surprised at how far along he was, Jon was surprised that he was now looking Karyn directly in the eye, he had shrunk from 5'11" to 5'9, not a great drop in height but it brought home to him what was happening.
"Karyn! Quick, tell me what you know about this twin sister disease, I made a dumb wish last night and now look at me!"
Karyn took Jon back to his room, and began telling him about SSTRS, as he listened to his fate Jon finally sighed and said,
" So, I get to become a sexy twin to you and you get a looks boost out of it, well, if I'm going to become a girl I can think of worse choices, OK, let's try this but I withhold the right to stop this any time I think it is getting too weird - OK?"
Karyn hugged him, the sensation of their nipples pressing against each other was arousing and Jon struggled to hide his raging boner, acting on a sudden impulse he kissed Karyn, initially surprised she soon returned the passionate kiss just as passionately the first stages of their new empathic bond was starting to come into play.
