t was then that Mikey remembered a movie he had just seen on TV. It was called Valley Girl and it was all about these air-headed girls in the 1980s in California. To see Jon like that would be a hoot he thought.
"I wish that Jon would act like a valley girl, and that Karyn would go along with it to humor him," Mikey ordered.
The stone glowed and Mikey walked down the hall to Jon's room. Once there, he overheard Jon make a phone call to Karyn. He picked up the extension in hallway to listen in.
"Karyn, like, oh my god, like, we just have to go to the Galleria!" Jon exclaimed.
"Ah, okay, Jon, what at the mall?" Karyn asked.
"Karyn, its like, they have really great shoe stores, and the one store just got, some like totally cool miniskirts." Jon babbled on.
"Mini-skirts, Jon?" Karyn said, intrigued. Why is he talking like she wondered.
"Its like, I looks so totally bitchin' in a mini-skirt, Karyn. Oh my god! And it gets me really, like really, like you know, tubular down below." Jon replied.
"Ah, Jon, why are you talking like this?" Karyn asked.
"It's like, I'm a val, fer sure. Why are you like, so freaking out. Its cool" Jon answered.
At this point Karyn was completely befuddled "Hmm, ah yeah, okay, ah, so why else do you want o go the Galleria, Jon?"
Jon explained, "Like there's this really great salon there and I just have to get my toenails one, fer sure. They are like so grody, Gag me with a spoon! And like I do have t get some of those cute mini-skirts. Like, oh my god, I'll be over in an hours and we'll go, kay? See ya."
Jon hung up the phone as Karyn, said 'Ah, yeah"
He came out of his room and flew past Mikey as he flipped his hair.
