Looking down at the slip of paper in his hand, Jon saw that the name was Sarah McMillan. He knew that he could always use the stone to change Sarah, and had contemplated doing just that ever since he got his inheritance, but he figured, why not use whatever this "hat of names" thing was instead? But what kind of changes should he make to the bitchy, but totally hot, head cheerleader? He had to wait until the next morning to make his wishes, so that gave him a lot of time to think about it.
But another thing Jon couldn't stop thinking about was who got his name. Who would have the chance to make three changes to him the next day? He tried using the stone to give him some clue, but for some reason, the stone wouldn't grant his wish. It seemed to not work with any wishes pertaining to this "hat of names" thing. He supposed whatever was happening wouldn't be "interesting", as he wished, if he knew everything that was going to be happening.
