After a moment of thought, Mikey decided to turn his focus upon the boy who was soon to fully become his mother. Turning the knob to Biff, Mikey watched as the young man drove himself to his mother's workplace. Mikey noticed that while Biff still looked vastly different than the original Madison matriarch, his mannerisms were nearly identical to his previous mother, enjoying the same radio station, stopping at yellow lights regardless of whether he could have passed before they turned red or not. He even forgot to turn his blinker on half the time on left turns, a curious quirk Mikey had noticed in his mother.
Biff's physical changes progressed further along as well, his features slowly maturing yet softening as he drove. By the time both Biff and the bus reached their respective destinations, the young man looked to be in his early twenties, while his once muscular frame had grown smooth and fleshy. As Biff waltzed across the parking lot, one of his feet slipped out of its shoe. Catching a glimpse of Biff's pantyhose clad foot, Mikey noticed with amusement how not only was the foot much too small for the rest of Biff's current body, but now had toenails painted a dark red color.
As Mikey disembarked from the bus and continued his observations of the assimilation of Biff Madison, the other Mike had ended his journey at an upscale suburban home. He walked inside, turning into a room filled with clothing and pictures of male models. Entering into a large walk in closet, Mike removed his old shirt and boxers in lieu of a new outfit. For underwear, Mike selected a black shelf bra designed to flaunt breasts he didn't have, and a matching g string so tiny it failed to cover most of his male organs. Ignoring his misfit appearance, Mike looked at his reflection in the closet's full length mirror, convinced he would be the object of lust for every boy in the school. Next, he donned a white halter top and tan miniskirt, both designed to show off far more skin than appealing on Mike's masculine frame. Then came a pair of sandals with eight inch heels, as well as a few bracelets and a chain anklet for accessories. Satisfied, Mike turned to his vanity, applying a liberal amount of makeup that did little to flatter his manly features. Satisfied with his appearance, Mike turned to see he couldn't find his purse. Strange, he didn't remember leaving it anywhere. Perhaps it was downstairs.
As Mike Sanders exited his room, Tiffany Sanders was on the school bus, flirting with a member of the lacrosse team. Suddenly, the wish's effects caught up with her, causing her mind to go blank. Now completely forgotten by the rest of the bus, Tiffany exited the bus at the next stop, stepping out down the sidewalk with only the vaguest inkling of a need for new clothing...
