The bell rang for lunch to begin, and Mikey and his pears all filed out of the classroom. Mikey managed to sneak away from the group, pulling the wishing stone out of his pocket...
"Mikey!" a very feminine voice called, and he quickly shoved it the stone back in his pants as he looked up. There Jon was making his way down the hall to Mikey, a wide grin on his feminine features. He had reached his former mother's age by now, though he hardly looked it, and he turned a few heads as he clopped towards his son. He scooped his son up, squeezing him tightly against his new bosom in an affectionate hug.
"Mom? What are you doing here?" Mikey said, doing his best to feign surprise. As Jon set him down, Mikey noticed Jon's flat crouch and wondered if his new mother was still a he at all. "Uh... mom? weird question real quick. I forgot your maiden name. What's your full name again?"
Jon gave a titter at this, then told him, "Why, Mikey, you should know full well how my full name is Joan Elizabeth Kinley Madison!" She beamed at her son, and Mikey got the feeling that the wish had done its work on his former brother. "Come on now," Joan said, holding up the bag of food, "I got you your favorite barbeque. Let's go eat before mommy has to get back to work."
