After finding a good parking spot at The Spiked Pit, Linda parked Jayne's car and the three friends got out, making sure to get their purses, with Linda handing Jayne's back to her since it was still on the floor on the driver's side.
With the incident that went down just a few moments ago in the back of her mind, Jayne headed towards the club.
Once they got to the door, they were waved in, since they were usually regulars. Walking into the club, Linda's age fell a little more, becoming 17 years old, and her hair color finally finished its transformation, becoming dyed black with red streaks. She didn't have much more to go before her transformation was complete.
After they went inside, they began to look around for Lucy, and spotted her near the bar, with two other Goths.
By now, Lucy had aged a little more, becoming 19 years old, and her hair was even darker yet.
"Joni, you made it," Lucy said, smiling at the younger Goth girl. "I'd like you to meet my cousins."
The two Goth twins turned and looked at them.
"This is Vanessa," Lucy said, gesturing to one. "And this is Clair," she said, gesturing to the other. And it was a good thing she did too, because they really were identical. Even their clothes looked nearly the same.
"Glad to meet you," the twins said in unison, with somewhat deadpan voices. But despite how they talked, they seemed genuinely glad to see Joni and her friends.
"Our cousin said that you could show us around town," Vanessa said.
"That's right," Joni said.
"Is there even anything worth seeing in this town?" Clair asked.
"A few places," Linda said. "Don't worry. We'll show you all the places that aren't shit."
The twins nodded.
Feeling like he needed to hurry, Biff walked over to a boy riding his bicycle and pushed the kid off of it.
"Hey, what are you doing?!" the boy yelled, watching Biff riding it down the street, clothed only in a towel wrapped around his waist.
But then the kid blinked, wondering what he was getting so upset about. He turned around and headed home, forgetting about the fact that someone just stole his bike.
And about seven minutes later, Biff arrived at The Spiked Pit. He ditched the bike, then walked into the club. No one stopped him or even paid him any attention as he walked to the staircase at the back of the room, then climbed them to the second floor.
Once he was in Lucy's apartment, he walked straight to the guest room and opened the closet, taking out the clothing that was there. Then he unwrapped his towel and let it drop to the floor.
And then, without a second thought, he put on a pair of black panties, then a black worn gothic dress and black leather corset, then slipped his feet into a pair of black leather lace-up boots with 4-inch heels.
Suddenly, he no longer cared about sports or popularity. He only cared about staking his spot in the gothic culture and rebelling against the system. He began to hate all the things he used to endorse. Frankly, he never understood how he could like all that crap and how he could even support it. It made him sick even thinking about it. But he didn't need to worry about that anymore. This was the life he wanted and he was never going to live it any other way.
And with that, Biff Pierce left his cousin Lucy's apartment and walked back down to the club.
