Jon stepped into the locker room, then decided to skip the shower. Yes, he was still sweating quite a bit, but once he got to his next class, he would mostly dry out. And more than anything, he wanted to get out of there and forget about that stupid gym teacher and all the fucking idiots who were his classmates (not including Linda and Jay, of course).
So, after taking off his gym clothes, he quickly got dressed in the clothes he wore to school that morning, then headed out into the hall to hang out with Linda and Jay until the class dismissal bell rang. Once it did, all three headed back to their lockers to get their books for the next class.
On their way, they passed Lucy Corinth without so much as a flinch. Jon had almost gotten into a physical fight with the girl not one hour earlier (and was told by a teacher to stay away from her), but now it was like they barely acknowledged each other's presence. Jon and his friends (he was thinking of Linda and Jay in that way now) kept walking in one direction and Lucy kept walking in the other ... and then kept walking right out of the school.
Meanwhile, not too far from the high school, Zelda Corinth blinked, wondering what she was doing back home. But then she giggled, thinking Oh, I'm such a silly bimbo. I came back home to grab my ... uh ... my, uh ... oh yeah! I came to get my pink pair of 5-inch heels. Duh! She giggled again, slipping on the taller pair of shoes, then headed out the door to go back to school.
On her way, she passed the former Lucy Corinth, who she didn't really take much notice of. And the moment they passed, Lucy accidentally dropped her purse, causing Zelda to involuntarily pick it up. Then she took out the pink-colored cell phone inside and decided to text her friend Jon. But then she stopped. Something about that felt weird. Wasn't Jon, like, one of those Goth freaks? Yuck! Why would she want to text him? No, she must have meant ... uh ... Zoe! Yeah, that's right. Zoe Sanders! She giggled again, as she began to text the school slut.
