Nathan and Susan were on their way to the computer lab, when suddenly they were disoriented as a million images filled their minds. They were memories. Memories from another life which they knew was theirs.
"I ... I was a girl?" Nathan asked aloud, remembering the life of Athena DeVries. Not only was he a girl, but he was also a Goth girl, and best friend of Joni Madison. Having an imaginative mind, he found the whole thing fascinating, but also a bit disturbing.
"I don't believe it," Susan said. "I was a model. I ... I had so much confidence." She looked down at herself. "Oh my god, my body!"
"What about it?" Nathan asked.
"I look like I used to," Susan said, realizing that she still had the body of Susan McMillan. "What's going on?"
