Jon (or rather Martha, now) called Karyn. From the conversation they had, it was pretty clear that Karyn didn't remember Jon, but she did still remember the wishing stone. All of the events that led to Karyn making that dumb wish that gave her blond hair and bigger boobs ... all of it still happened, but it was Martha who inherited the stone, not Jon.
"Karyn, I really need your help. Can you come over as soon as possible?"
"Sure, Martha. I'll be right over," Karyn said.
Jon would have to get used to being called that. But he hoped he wouldn't have to get used to it for the rest of his life. There had to be a way to get his original body back. There just had to be.
