Zelda quickly walked out of the room and then down the stairs.
Athena groaned, and then ran after her. "Zelda ... uh, I mean Mrs. Gibson. Wait."
At the bottom of the stairs, Zelda halted and turned around.
Athena stood at the top of the stairs and looked down at her. She couldn't believe that her friend was truly lost. But the magic was just too strong. And until she found the one who had cast the original spell, she'd have to deal with it.
"Don't call the cops," Athena said.
"Tell me why you're here instead of in school and I won't call," Zelda said.
