The bell rang.

Finally, Athena thought. She got up and moved towards the front of the class, as did everyone else. On her way, she glanced back at Jon, who again looked different. And this time she new exactly what had changed. His hair was shoulder-length. She wasn't imagining it before. His hair really was getting longer. And not only that, but his hair was darker. Black instead of brown.

Jon saw her looking at him. "What?"

She shook her head. "Nothing." She wasn't sure how he'd react if she told him the truth. She'd just keep an eye on him.

She turned back around and walked towards the front of the class again, witnessing Gladys (who was nearly the size of two people) taking up almost all the space within the doorway, as Zach Jones tried to leave at the same time. As a result, Zach nearly got plastered into the door frame. After Gladys got out into the hallway, Zach stumbled out. He grabbed his head, but otherwise he was fine.

Athena couldn't believe it. Did Zach not really know how big she was? How exactly was this magic altering people's perceptions?

When Athena got out into the hallway, she asked Jon what he thought of Gladys.

"She's good looking, but she's a fucking bitch. I'd never date her."

Athena found his answer to be quite interesting, but also odd. She figured that since he had taken Zoe's place, he would act like a girl, since Zoe was a girl (he was certainly dressing like her). But that didn't seem to be the case. He acted like a boy version of Zoe.

She wondered if all of them acted that way.
