He headed toward the mirror, nervously. But what he saw was nothing to get nervous about. He really didn't look all that different than before. He seemed a little older, maybe by one or two years, and his hair was blonder, but really, there wasn't too much that was different. That could have been because, although he was male, he shared more of an appearance with his mother than his father.
As he walked into the living room, he saw portraits of his family. He saw himself (his "new" self), his mother, and a man he didn't recognize. That was probably his "new" father. But what happened to his original father? And what about his brother Jon and his sister Zoe? Surely, the stone didn't wipe them from existence. Did it?
