Jon has no clue that Mikey headswapped him with a bikini model and Karen is aghast at the situation.
She rifles through her photo album to show that Jon was once a normal man, but to her surprise, every single photo throughout the years depicted Jon's head on this current adult bikini body, which seemed oddly disturbing:
In one photo, they were both 8 and on the playground. Jon's boy head is swinging on a swing on the same busty model's body that he has now, except he's wearing a modest green and blue plaid bikini.
In another snapshot of their intermediate school play, Karen is dressed as a squirrel and Jon's head has similar ears and fake whiskers painted on his face, but with the busty woman's body in a fuzzy brown bikini and a fake tail.
Turning a few pages later, Karen sees that for their Junior Winter Prom, the photo she remembered looked the same - with her hair made up and wearing an elegant blue dress and heels holding a bouquet of roses. Jon's image was altered, instead of wearing his 3-piece suit, as Karen recalled, Jon's head was once again on the same sexy woman's body wearing a bikini that depicts a black tuxedo print and around Jon's neck is a blue tie, which disappears into his ample cleavage.
Further down, Karen sees their graduation photos and their whole bunch of friends celebrating in their caps and gowns with flowers and balloons - aside from Jon who wears his graduation cap and his robe is spread wide open revealing the tiniest red micro bikini that Karen has ever seen.
"Wow, you remember when I wore that, Karen? I don't know what I was thinking." Jon blushed as his pointed out some of the miscellaneous swimwear portrayed in the photo album.
Karen shuts the album. "Okay, I don't know what's going on, but we've got to change you back! Let's go back to your house and see if Mikey can change you back!" she demands.
"What are you talking about, Karen? Forget about my stupid brother. Come on, let's go to the beach, we're losing valuable tanning time!" whines Jon.
Karen ignores Jon's remarks and drags him back toward his house.
