Meanwhile, Karyn stopped by Jon's house, where she got a shock.
"Jon? What ... what happened to you?" she asked, seeing his "new" form.
"Mikey got the stone from me and he wished up some sort of a transformation gun. He used it on me and now I'm a girl from my waist down."
"Well, where did he go? We need to get the stone back!"
"I know that! But I can't leave. He told me to stay here."
Karyn seemed clearly confused. So, Jon explained.
"He made a wish that everyone would have to obey him. I can't leave because he told me not to leave."
"Then I'll go get the stone from him." Karyn turned to leave.
"It's too dangerous. Not only does he have the stone, but also that gun. He could turn you into a freak with that thing."
"I have to risk it. Your brother is obviously the wrong person to have that kind of power. Someone has to stop him."
Jon figured that she was right and let her go. Although, Karyn wasn't quite sure where Mikey went.
