When Mikey got home that day he found his new sister Tiffany watching TV on the couch with her friend Karyn, both 16 year old girls. He then remembered that he had a college progect to work on and went to his room. While at school Karyn remembered the old Jon back as a guy, and when she saw the new 6 year old take his place she was suspicious. When she saw the rock she knew something has happened. She asked to see it and made a wish to know why he was now a she.
She got back that Mikey had wished him to be that way and wished he remebered being Jon. When Tiffany remembered that she was Jon she started to panick and realized the only thing they could do was making her older and that would in turn make Mikey older. They also made him forget about the stone seeing how they just wished away 10 years of his life even though he wouldn't remember that.
