"Jon I'm sorry but you need to learn your lesson so, mind you this will only last a month, where as you know that you are wearing those panties and bra until you are off to college for what you did, so Jon you are gonna have to wear pantyhose and heels before doing any chores, for the rest of the month" his mom stated manner of factly

"no buts I'll teach you how to do put on pantyhose and how to walk in heels, they'll only have 1 inch heels, so you don't fall, I only do this so you'll be more careful Jon."
