Mikey didn't take very long to pick, and soon he was firmly holding Jon down as he squeezed him into the black dinner dress, a pretty, sparkly thing with a slit up one leg to the thigh, and put the heels onto feet which seemed somehow smaller in them. Mikey's eyes lit up, staring at Jon's now dainty feet, and Jon suddenly realized what had happened.
He looked on in horror as his thin legs rounded up, his hips and butt expanded and his chest ballooned out. The rough fabric, clearly not designed to be worn by a human, rubbed against his body uncomfortably as he moved his now shapely hourglass figure; he realized it fit perfectly, as his body below the neck was now a flesh copy of the Barbie doll it had come from.
Mikey grinned down at him. "I never knew playing with dolls could be so much fun. Come on, try to walk around, Jonny girl." He was suddenly picked up again, painfully now as Mikey squished his boobs picking him up in the same way, and gently dropped onto the kitchen floor after a painful (for Jon) walk downstairs. Jon took a few experimental steps forward, swaying unconsciously and barely staying standing in the heels. Looking around was disorienting; from one end of the kitchen to another seemed like a mile, the counter and tables seemed to be unscalable mountains.
The whole thing was surreal. A tiny boy in a Barbie dinner dress and heels which fit him perfectly was teetering across his kitchen floor, watched by his little brother now many times bigger than him. After crossing part of it, he was becoming more confident, now walking nearly at a normal speed. Mikey scooped him up into his hand once again, from behind so he ended up laying down in Mikey's palm. As he saw Mikey grinning down at him, he wondered what the kid had planned next...
